These terms and conditions govern the sale of tickets to events, membership and/or food-purchases for pickup on specific dates organized by Club Castropignano. By purchasing you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Ticket Purchase
Tickets for events can be purchased through our website where applicable. The ticket price may vary depending on the event and type of purchase made.
3. Refund Policy
All ticket sales and purchases are final.
In case of an event cancellation, ticket holders will be notified and refunded the full ticket price within 30 days.
If an event is rescheduled, ticket holders may request a refund within a specified period, to be communicated by Club Castropignano.
4. Cancellation Policy
Ticket holders who cannot attend the event must inform Club Castropignano at least 7 days before the event date for a possible refund.
While we do not typically offer refunds for cancellations, we may, at our discretion, offer a credit for future events or allow ticket transfers to another individual.
In case of emergencies or exceptional circumstances, please contact our customer service team to discuss possible solutions.
5. Event Changes Club Castropignano reserves the right to make changes to the events, such as changing the date, location, or lineup. Ticket holders will be informed of any significant changes as soon as possible.
