Our newest upcoming event is Soppressata Night & Contest on Saturday, April 25, 2026
**Time:** Doors will open at 5:30 PM, offering guests the opportunity to mingle and enjoy the atmosphere before dinner is served at 7:00 PM.
Menu Overview:
We invite our guests to enhance the evening by bringing their favorite appetizers to share. This will create a delightful array of flavors and styles, showcasing the culinary creativity of our attendees.
Our main course will feature Cavatelli Pomodoro, a classic Italian pasta dish with tender cavatelli tossed in a vibrant tomato sauce, finished with fresh basil and a hint of parmesan. Guests will also enjoy Chicken Parmesan, featuring juicy chicken cutlets coated in golden breadcrumbs, topped with rich marinara sauce and melted mozzarella cheese.
To complement the meal, we will serve a crisp Caesar Salad, complete with crunchy romaine, tangy Caesar dressing, and shaved parmesan. Italian buns will be provided to round out the experience, perfect for savoring every last bit of sauce.
Concluding the meal, we will serve a delightful Tiramisu, a classic Italian dessert, layered with coffee-soaked ladyfingers and a rich mascarpone cream, dusted lightly with cocoa for an indulgent finish. - To complement the dining experience, freshly brewed coffee and a selection of teas will be available to guests throughout the evening.
